EXCELLENT CHOICE. I was soo pleased with my experience with Mr. Dewoskin and his assistant. The situation itself was not pleasing but he made me feel comfortable enough to whereas I felt that everything was going to be alright in the end. I was humanly nervous but with faith, God and Dan by my side, everything turned out just fine. I thank him for opening up the eyes of the jury to show them that I was innocent in my case. This man is the best! Dan Dewoskin just represented me in a DUI refusal case that was coupled with narcotic prescription pills found “not in original container” as well as speeding. The DUI-refusal, carried 2 counts, the speeding carried 2 counts, and the pills also carried 2 counts. With a total of 6 criminal charges against me I knew that it looked bad. It looked very bad. Dan took every means necessary to think like a juror, not like an attorney. He never gave up on any portion of this case at any time for any reason. The state refused a plea (even though I wasn’t very interested in one) and off to trial we went. Dan was impeccable. Out of the 6 counts I was charged with, I walked out with a $75 speeding ticket, the other 5 charges rendered “NOT GUILTY”. I cannot thank Dan enough, he is by far, the best there is.
